How to Find Your Steam ID

1. Open Steam and click on your profile name in the top-right corner.
2. Go to "Profile" and look at the URL in your browser.
3. Your Steam ID is the long number at the end of the URL (e.g., https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/7656119XXXXXXXXXX).

How to Find Your Trade URL

1. Go to Steam and click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.
2. Select "Inventory" and click on "Trade Offers" on the right side.
3. Click "Who can send me Trade Offers?"
4. Scroll down to "Third-Party Sites" and copy your Trade URL.

What to send in a support request?

1. Include your steam trade url.
2. Describe your issue with the website.
3. If it is a problem with a game, please specify the game ID, you can find it on your profile page top left of chat.
4. Scroll down to "Third-Party Sites" and copy your Trade URL.
